Terry Hollands is very particular about his workout routines and often hits the gym six days a week. He has scheduled gym sessions for three days a week and three event exercise sessions. Generally speaking, it is best to go for 3 to 5 reps that are done in 3 to 5 sets for a given practice.
When it comes to his diet, he prefers to eat around 6,000 to 8,000 calories a day. However, since it’s so hard to reach that number by relying solely on a clean diet, he tries to fill the deficit by eating plenty of protein shake. Also, while preparing the shakes, he ensures that he uses the minimum amount of water possible so that it does not fill up quickly.
